Technical Assistance

Technical assistance can be provided to individuals and agencies responding to sexual assault. The US Department of Justice's National Protocol for Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examinations which first written in 2004 and revised in 2013 is designed to lay the foundation for community based responses to sexual violence.  The technical assistance delivered through SAFEta is an extension of that effort. As questions arise during the process of developing, implementing, refining and enhancing victim services in communities, the SAFEta project is here to help.
